First, we commend your team's vision. Using advanced AI (Anthropic / Claude) to generate your highly detailed prototype was an excellent strategy. It perfectly translates the premium, modern aesthetic you want for EyeCheq, capturing the advanced UI elements (glassmorphism, noise filters, and complex animations) required for a modern health-tech brand.
The Technical Reality: While AI is incredible at rapid visual prototyping, it generates "single-file" code architectures that are not meant for production environments. Your current 1MB prototype has the Gateway, Partner, and Patient portals effectively stacked on top of each other. Because of this tight coupling, it cannot simply be "uploaded" to a generic template like WordPress without severely breaking the layout and ruining mobile performance.
Our mandate is to execute a Modern Backend Engineering Build. We will extract your static design and structurally reconstruct it component-by-component into a high-performance web application (Next.js/React framework) to ensure it is secure, structurally sound, fast, and scalable.
2. Phase 1 Scope: Pre-Convention Build
A. Framework Architecture & Deconstruction
We will carefully deconstruct the single-file codebase into hundreds of dynamic, reusable React components. By implementing a modern Next.js framework, we guarantee instant page loads, top-tier SEO, and an easily scalable infrastructure.
B. Multi-Portal Secure Routing Engine
Instead of relying on visual "hacks" to hide and show portals, we will engineer a dedicated routing architecture. When a patient navigates the site, they will experience an isolated patient flow, completely secure and separate from the B2B Partner workflow.
C. Interactive Logic & Feature Engineering
